This is the tips and complaints link and every legitimate investor in ELTP needs to send in a tip/complaint to the SEC so they start to watch the activity in ELTP.

If you had trades that did not get filled when you price was below bid, if you trades were not executed when your price was bid/ask, if you see trades on realtime reports that show crossing the bid/ask. REPORT IT!

It is time for everyone to step up to make the SEC aware of the manipulative trading going on with ELTP.

Did this with another investment a while back, had a group of investors filing complaints daily for the BS the MMs were pulling. It took about a month but the MMs started to play somewhat fair and shorting was more realistic. Stock price started to recover to a more fair level.

LETS DO THIS!!!!!!!! Shorts that are underwater and manipulative MMs are trying to keep ELTP down. NOTIFY the SEC every day!
