OK the actual words in the 10Q were that there is "substantial doubt that the company can continue as a going concern" I'd love to here how the words "distinct possibility" and "substantial doubt" are that much different.

So, no, as usual, it is not me spinning to the negative, it is others who chose to openly ignore what the company is clearly saying in their own SEC filings. It is obvious that a going concern statement in any comany's financials should not be ignored and is made for a reason Thanks for posting it.
