any of these low quality issues that are trading below or slightly above a $1 are speculative issues, they are particularly speculative after many issues that were trading at these levels back in october are now at 3, 5, $7 or more.

it's just a sign that the lower end of the rung is being moved up, and all the move in the quality issues may have been fully expressed.

imo

since season has been opened on bears since just prior to the vernal equinox, we have to have an open search to see if any of them are left standing.
