Assume for a moment Sal has not sold a share. Why the need to authorize in the first place? Where did they come from? Why not rip them up and toss in the fire? Considering how many shares I think most of us have and the number of shareholders that have recently surfaced there has to be more then 3 billion in the a/s. No?
