I don't see any signs of dillution since the R/S but that gives me very little confidence that there won't be in the near future. What would be the point of the R/S? I know it's been presented mildly as a means to uplist but I would consider the primary purpose is to create share count. When the timing is right for our CEO, we could easily see PR's accompanied with dillution. Right now there is no BID support and she knows that and the company may still be preparing for product launch. All IMO.
