Bernstein if I remember correctly was a ccgi's corporate lawyer. He was on payroll already. CCGI paid squat for the lawsuit. But Brian ended up paying more for the lawsuit then it was worth. What did Brian spend again??? 500k as a remember. Brilliant businessman. Looks like he let EVUS, his other EV charging company based in Chicago with 5 BILLION shares go delinquent and is no longer on the OTCQB.
