Patient investors will be handsomely rewarded here, IMO. This is not an investment to be watched every minute of every day, but rather a developing story with the conversion to the water projects and business at a time when all communities in Texas must develop and administer a 50-year water plan and program, with public funds available and in place for such projects. Not to mention the California situation.

P.S. I had an AON order in to buy a substantial block of shares between the bid and ask all afternoon, without any success. So, there cannot be many motivated sellers of significance out there right now.
