Hi Dragan-

I can also add some information that I think everyone here will feel interesting.

I spoke to a "ranking" person within the company this week, and received some good info- I don't think the person was speaking out of turn, but, I'll not identify the individual just the same, just in case.

I was told that, as we know, they are adding 2,000 to 3,000 patients per month.
And what the PR's refer to when discussing "additional customer orders," this is simply referring to customers that call in within a given month, and the order ships that same month. In other words, they weren't in the database before that month, and weren't included in the shipmennts made from the "hold journal." These patients do show up in the hold journal 90 days later when they reorder.

Here's a biggy!

They now have 28,000 ACTIVE paitients in their database. So, they should have rougly active 30,000 patients in their database by the end of this month. If not this month, we can expect to see 10,000+ shipmets for August and beyond.

Here's a biggyer!

They have an additional 12,000 patients in their database that they can not yet fill orders for yet. These are patients that are Medicaid eligible, and not Medicare (currently MLTO only services Customer Pay, Medicare, and a few HMO's.) They currently have their Medicaid applications in to seven states. Once these applications are approved by the respective states, that will make an additional 12,000 patients eligible for their services. That would take the current 30,000 patients up to roughly 40,000. I was also told that they are working to get approved by a number of HMO's at this time. I know nothing about this process, but I was told this is a more time and labor intensive process, and it will take a while before the growth from HMO's will show up.

One more tidbit- They now have 60 people working in either answering phones, billing, shipping and receiving, and are continuing to add people as they go. The person I spoke to said that they were unbelievably busy from dawn to dusk, and seemed very sincere. I mention this because it was obvious that the person I spoke to was totally bought into what the company was trying to accomplish, and was working very hard to get there.
