Agreed, that is what they will need. Even if the first RXSF financing package isn't "IDEAL". IMO how CEO "WORDS" the Release, will be key to attracting the other sophisticated investors, as they are very astute at reading through the "bull" and are not looking for "fluff", just to flip RXSF. I have found through the years, to the point, and not "sugar coating" information, builds a confidence and a trust with my lenders or investors. But JMO
