RJ- I tend to agree with you although if eTrade tries to simply refund my money I will give them the old Dikembe Mutumbo finger wave. All of my shares settled T + 3 and I will demand my shares be free trading. If giving back my original investment was part of the plan they should have done that last year when I requested it.
