This definitely has been getting volume over past few days. How many billions of shares would have to be exchanged for it to make a difference or to absorb dilution? Are all these busy? Could these all be accumulation for some future occurrence? Can further debt conversion be done at these levels? While the share volume is good, the pps has not moved. It would be nice to know how many shares would have to be sold to get pps to move. Is that info publicly available?
