We do not know the cash position yet. Remember they payed back one of their loans recently, which is good, but it put a large dent in their cash. I know about the deal with albumedix but its a coin toss, if the upfront fee is something minimal like 100 grand it will have little impact on share price, however if they got a couple of million the market will appreciate that news. A bigger pharma should make a tender offer for EBIO. Not many biotechs with this much cash, limited debt and a pipeline with potential. Longer term prospects look good with EBIO, but I do not buy the PUMPERS here (one serial pumper in particular) making near term calls of $2-$4, that is ridiculous and very dishonest.
