malc, based on a fiscal year end it is. UMS is a calendar year end. There is the possibility they modified the year end. We won't know until filings come out but if that happened then the filing is not late as it isn't really due until the end of this month or mid-April with an extension.
Regardless of what they do...either UMS or iTALK will need to restate their prior year filings depending on what date they end up adopting.
Those of us who support the merger...are not worried.
If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
