Even then...you are offering shares at a share price of .60+ and not the .06, .006, and .0006 you see in marijuana penny stocks. Thus, you would only see a slight increase is O/S compared to the huge increase you would see in the latter companies. Anywhere from 10x's to 1000x's less shares would be needed. In addition, a company like MJTV that has NO current debt would only have to raise a fraction of the capital compared to a company that does. See how the math adds up. You can't compare the 2 types of companies. They are apples and oranges.
