Last two times they filed NT 10-K they had included revenue from consulting for each of the years compared
2013-2012 and 2012-2011.
So most probably a mistake with the 2014 revenue.At least with the probable falling revenues in Q4 2015 we will finally see those receivables going down and the cash position improving.
