That is:

1) No one knows what the authorized shares are. It could be double what you say.

2) There have been no filings, so your math is guesswork, for now.

3) I nor anyone else has seen any decision regarding Ironridge.

If all that you said would happen to be true, then yes, the stock should be much, much higher. Over a penny as I have been saying if things come together. Unfortunately, we are all in the dark until there is official documentation released (or PR'd).
