I go back to a post here possibly in January (?) from someone who does not post here often that said he (?) had talked to Tracy on the phone. She said JB would "have something to say" when the S-1 was approved. So I would infer that we will have some type of update very soon. It is possible that some type of financial financing was contingent on approval with the lower number of shares approved and any deal had to wait until the S-1 went through to satisfy a party thinking of funding HM. Possible. Then again, a new NR might just update on permitting, etc. Still in the business day (2:45) in the high desert of Tucson...
