With rates here in Sweden the last few years we could not live in anything of this size cheaper. Ever since we moved in the payment has decreased by about 300 usd per month. The best part is that they cant raise rates because we are tied to the ecb and we all know what they are doing right now lol!!! Cheaper mortgage for me :)
