That is the beautiful thing about conspiracies-there is no paper trail. You would have to be naive to believe that a financier would do a deal at the top of the sales price of a stock. How it gets to a lower price nobody knows. The fact is that the share price has been manipulated and driven down since the end of the year and RXSF needs money to get going. Once again, my prior post is just a theory on why the price has dropped so much.

The Canadian venture exchange is notorious for potential financiers driving the price down by various methods to lock in a offering price so that can recoup their money asap. The share price has a slow/fast descent until the papers are signed. Venture capitalist are not known for their compassion and humanity for other humans.
