As of February 5, 2016 , the number of shares of the registrant’s common stock outstanding was: 20,700,673 .
You don't calculate "per share" numbers on the FLOAT. You calculate them on the OUTSTANDING SHARES.
And please, show us where my "skewed" $25 million number calculation is wrong.
