One question, why do the R/S if you are not able to uplist? Wouldn't it make sense to apply to uplist first, PR it at the same time telling all shareholders the reasons for the R/S to uplsit. This would have made it a positive R/S as opposed to an unknown R/S to an unknown time period to uplist? which most people including yours truly thinks is a negative event.

Being on the OTC at $5.00 is really no different than being on the OTC at.20 cents, you are still on the OTC and you will still get little attention thrown your way from the Institutional investor. Am I wrong?

I am not trying to be negative just trying to understand the logic if any behind it. It really is too bad that MC skipped over that question, or quickly answered it with a non-answer.

I have been in this stock in the highs and lows and still plan to stick around, but this R/S just irked me.
