Just read this
Press Release:
It is with great sadness ,that on 3/15/16, Tahoe Milling Inc. filed in Pershing County Justice Court, a Notice of Termination for breach of Contract ,regarding our lease of the Dun Glen Mine to Dun Glen Mine Corp., dba United Resource Holding Group. Symbol URHG.
DGMC has five days to vacate the property. I hope to take possession in one week. If they can successfuly stop this action, and remove this to District Court; then, Tahoe will seek a summary judgement to cease and desist and to terminate for cause. Failure to comply with payroll laws is good cause. Additionally, Tahoe would counter sue, naming DGMC, URHG, Strack, Low, Barker, and Capsen too as defendents. Tahoe has been damages in the millions due to the conduct of DGMC and it's representatives.
I wish all the URHG share holders nothing but the best. Furthermore, I hope they all learned a lesson from this situation. Don't give good money to habitual lying sociopaths like Strack and Low.
Truly,
