I am sorry to hear that, but realize that most OTC companies are poor investments. When it's heavily promoted as SIRG was as "a great company to invest in", 99 times out of 100, it's a scam. When you have a company that is delinquent in filing, it's pretty much 100 out of 100.

They are pump and dumps. Sometimes it's toxic lenders that run them. Sometimes it's individual or groups of investors who front load, then promote them and dump into the hype. Sometimes it's the company insiders.

And yes, some people will make money on these, through luck or knowledge. But for a novice to make money, they'd need an incredible amount of luck and on a $1,000 investment, they might make $1,000 profit and another 100 novices will lose their entire investment while the people running the stock make tens of thousands.

Good luck in the future.

“No one in this world, so far as I know — and I have searched the records for years, and employed agents to help me — has ever lost money by underestimating the intelligence of the great masses of the plain people"
H.L. Mencken
