LOL! Back in 1992 I nodded off at the wheel one night and hit a phone pole.
Totalled the car but managed to walk away with only minor bruises. A few days later I got contacted by an attorney who said that he read about my accident and wanted to know whether I wanted to initiate a lawsuit against the utility company that owned the pole! Apparently his pitch was that if the utility company hadn't placed the pole in THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION, then I wouldn't have hit it!
