It's surprising how many don't understand this:

Spam
Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day;
Posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?";

According to the above rules you may post the exact same post twice in one day on a board. A third post of the same is spam.

They should not remove one of them as "Duplicate" unless it truly is a dupe. A duplicate is an accidental double posting that happens when a member double clicks on the "submit" link. In that case the time stamp on the posts will be the same exact time or very near the same time.
