So I was doing some more reading, and in one of the SEC filing when they are talking about the issued warrants and blah blah blah, I noticed how they say something about being valued at 1.24 a share and something else about trading them for 10 common shares . (Now I'm pretty damn stupid, so don't judge my reading comprehension, some bigger words and all this legal mumbo jumbo tends to throw me off and I get lost) but I thought it was funny today VPCOD kinda hit a major wall at 0.125 and just didn't seem to be able to pass it. Coincidence that 0.125 time 10 is $1.25? Manipulation? Illegal? Lawsuit? F@$& it if it works in our favor?
