I'm sure you would like to see an argument on that. It's only common sense to understand that from J&J's point of view, the damage from a loss at the Supreme Court level would be much more substantial than that realized from a lower court.

They'll settle and accept the minor defeat rather than perpetuate the losses further. Just MHO, sir.

Everyone will make their buy or sell decisions on their own based on the amount of DD they do regarding any stock. Some more and some less. As for me and my understanding of the system, the cost to J&J is certainly measurable should they decide not to settle. The new legal action filed by DECN will play a huge part in their decision. Should they not settle, DECN and I will make more money in the end.
