If such a great play why does it drop weekly, not advance?

Not negative, just try to be practical.

Remember Rodney? "This will be .60 cents or gone" He is gone.

Remember Culley saying financing acceptable till spring of 2017? Then another new offering.

When was there another stock losing .90%, changing name, repeated offering, share count quadruple, multiple failed test then one day all of a sudden success? Just going by track record and drops in price almost weekly.

From previous PR's, all testing was to be done by winter 2015, look were we are. Thanks why next offering will hit in late summer. Just his pattern.

I do appreciate your wisdom and posts, just so much lost here might as well let Mr. Culley take the other dime than sell. He has already taken the first .90 cents.
