Sorry, but this TALK merger talk is still a fairy tale.

Nothing has come true yet. If it all turns out to be true then folks can debate the merits, or lack of, in the "new TALK".

As it stands now there is no new TALK. Just new stories about a very troublesome company.

Meh. Talk still needs to file a 2015 10-K, a quarterly filing after that, and re audited 10-K's for both 2013 and 2014, when Terry Johnson was in employ.

UMS 2015 audited full year financials need to be filed as well, via 8-K/A.

TALK needs to get their house in order first before crowing on about all this "new TALK" which is still "coming".

I find the 8-K regarding the "merger complete" statements to be misleading.

The public has certainly not interpreted it correctly it appears.
