I haven't received the proxy yet but will vote NO -

RE:When I add up institutional owners its 233 million shares

Just to let you know...according to the agreement
" To be effective, the Arrangement Resoulution must be approved by an affirmative vote of at least
66 2/3 % of the votes cast by the shareholders."

465 x .66 = 307 million votes

Thus they need more than 50% or 233 million yes votes.
In fact, they would need 307 million yes votes to pass.
an increase of approx 74 million further votes.

The voting packages were mailed out late last week. I received mine today.

I personally am voting NO..... hate the backroom deals, mainly for management and insiders.
