I don't think the self serving manipulators are in the business of providing many's expectations

Not to mention it will be a better, nicer, lower risk shorting point, which again, the manipulators don't just give

198 before anything else?

Also they may want to run the shorts' stops (if not already done so) before embarking on the January 2.0
