So what your saying is that if? the stock price does not trade above 1.70 "within 3 years" Ashcroft will not earn a dime? Even though, CTIX could technically keep diluting shares under 1.70 to pay expenses. LOL that's a good one... I doubt the deal is constructed that way... Any lawyer or firm would be stupid to not have a backup clause..
