This is what Malak and his BOD want people to think.
The truth is VPLM purchased 'patent pending' products that VPLM not only finished but financed in 2012,2013!
This will be proven when the courts order the company to be audited for those two years by an independent court ordered firm.....
Now this is my opinion and should be of interest to shareholders as well as any entity that is looking at acquiring the company.
