If you go back every 6-8 months one cheerleader leaves and another shows up encouraging you to buy, buy, buy. This is the time ....to buy

In last 5 years this has dropped from $5.00 to .22 cents, had a name change, had 7 offerings, one reverse split, multiple failures, not one successful medication, seen shares quadruple, all while investors lost over 90% and the CEO salary went from about $200,000 to a million a year.

Can you understand the skepticism?
