Just analyzed the 8-K and Article II, Para 2.6 says that the Surviving Holdings Company (FHAL, per definition in 2.1) will pay the holders of "Company Shares" (CVSU) the difference if the average share price is not $15.00...

Regardless of what Rufus might have said on the phone, the legal documents don't promise a thing to FHAL shareholders...

Please prove me wrong....
