Austin,

It has been mentioned previously that there have been other financing offers on the table for NVEI however the terms of those were not good for the Company and thus its Shareholders.

I did not discuss Cooper or Berkowitz arranging financing while I was in SD, but I'm sure that they have worked on some packages as well, but the terms were refused as well.

In addition NVEI will have the movie revenues coming in shortly and that will be a tremendous boost to the bottom line.
