R/S not necessarily a bad thing if done for a good reason, like an uplist. As long as it is looked upon favorably by the investment community it should have no adverse impact on your share price.

If this is for an uplist this could be the beginning of the snowball rolling down the hill gaining speed and size.

This all speculation, but an uplist could be the beginning of a capital raise. Could be done by debt, dilution, investment by a major client, al la GE, etc. What I think this could indicate is that major contracts are in the works and SGLB is going to need capital for expansion. Again, this is all speculation and maybe we will get some more clarity tomorrow.
