Last I heard there was a 3M difference between 43M and 46M.

43M has room for 7M in dilution to 50M and 46M only has 4M to 50M OS.

They'll dilute this again, just like they did on the 1 for 10 RS, if they can find more victims to buy again. Competition between noteholders, insiders and consultants will cause it to drop just as fast.
