SBFM just saved us $13.5million!!! That is huge news.
They owed Advanomics $17mill for the patents before yesterday.
Yesterday they announce an admendment to that deal, that they will issue 321mill shares for that $17mill. Todays current price is .012.
If Advanomics were to sell their whole block today at .012, they would get $3.8mill rather then their $17mill.

Thats a huge savings to SBFM! Huge savings.

Realistically Advanomics wouldnt be able to sell at .012, they would push the price to .001 with an order like that. This means they would actually only sell it for $380,000 - $500,000 far cry from their original $17mill price.

THEY ARE NOT SELLING THEIR SHARES PEOPLE! THAT WOULD MAKE NO SENSE.
