You're of course correct about this TF, no O/S tonight if we get a NT-10K!
We should though get a rather good idea of the 2015-eps after reading the revenue number after some extrapolation.
Besides that the 10-K being an interesting reading I do think it is of imperial importance for Solomon to finally get his thumb out of his S and give us some guidance for the future year/s!! Using Solomon's own word 2015 will be the third consecutive "lost year" with declining eps!!
We need to get back to eps-growth and since I do believe we could be back with that in 2016 and beyond this really has to be communicated to the market so we could forget the last 3 shitty years and maybe even, finally, be able to harvest from our Golgata-walk!
Declining eps and the following consequences on pps was, of course, exactly the outcome you and me discussed 3 years ago in here....the disastrous implication with diluting the h*ll out of us, I'm sure you remember

Last couple of weeks it feels like there are more life on Mars than on the bid side in Siaf, I guess 95% of the few shares traded have been selling into lower bid's. So far we haven't seen squat of the excellent PR Tony made in Norway/Sweden...sad but true, maybe the are all waiting for the 10-K before making any decisions regarding investing or not.....let's hope for that!
So for GOD'S sake Solomon, GIVE US SOME GUIDANCE!!!
