Guess we are going to know definitively whether the government will decide to appeal the decision or whether it will rework the regulations in about ten days.

From what I understand changing of the regulations is totally within the power of the government, specifically the Minister of Health, they don't need a vote, they can do it any time they like.

Then there is the people of Canada - and we have our own agenda, tens of thousands of independent citizens are taking the law into their own hands and getting bolder with each passing day

And we have 4-20 coming up soon, the supposed day that the 'unlicensed' dispensaries of Vancouver are told to close up shop and re apply for a new license somewhere else.

We have news coming, although we know it is coming - next harvest at Tweed Farms should coincide with a license of their updated processing facilities there and a supsequent increase to our licensed production capacity.

Bruce talked about a production capacity of 50 million grams, this is for 18 new rooms at Smith Falls that they are going to pay for with a low cost debt financing and the finished Tweed Farms production facility - and so by Autumn of this year they should have that production up - with the first recreational sales of cannabis happening in early 2017

but this is the current game plan, also in the works in M&A activity, particularly with companies offering something that adds to the diversity, whether it be geographical diversity or product diversity, and he said he is particurally interested in partnering with private company in the late stages of MMPR licensing that may need help.

then of course he said there was something definitely in the works on the international effort, we are actually past due on hearing something on that unless Im mistaken

so we have news coming, as sure as plants grow and buds ripen

Price is what you pay
Value is what you get
