2016-03-14 11:47:13 A press release was published earlier today, stating that the company added $1,285,000 in net assets and at the same time reduced debt with $70,000 with the executed agreement signed last week in Sweden for the acquisition of American residential GAP LLC. Last month we announced the company’s debt was dramatically reduced through the transfer to EIG Venture Capital Ltd (EIG), the company’s major shareholder, of the earlier outstanding convertible note to Rupes Futura AB of approx..$608,000. This together with that the convertible notes to Vis Vires that were paid off last month by conversion, representing a further reduction of debt of $71,000. Summarizing, the company recently added close to $1.3 million in net assets and reduced outstanding debt with close to $750,000, resulting in a transformation of the company’s financial situation, now being able to show much stronger balance sheet, which will reflect in the upcoming 10Q that will be out within a week. I will be returning to the States on Sunday and intend on releasing updates early next week that will better explain what it all means to us. Through both Twitter and our newsfeed located on our website We hope to utilize these tools As we strengthen our relationship during our ongoing deals in Baja California Mexico with Contel and move closer to our acquisition with AMREFA which Will be voted on in the shareholder meeting that I will be attending next week. 2016-02-29 13:25:59 I will be travelling to Sweden on March 7, for AMREFAS shareholder meeting in Gothenburg on Wednesday 8, where they will be voting on PROGREEN’s takeover of their US subsidiary, American Residential Gap LLC, with its 14 properties located in Oakland County MI. We feel very confident that this will pass the vote as we have already received the support for the transaction from the major shareholders in AMREFA. This will bring substantial assets on to PROGREEN’s balance sheet without adding debt. AMREFA Update
