Entirely wrong and recent developments are:

- ARYC just lost motion to have even limited parts of case dismissed - judge is letting them have one more try on one piece of the litigation but entire lawsuit related to every breach of the Q3 2014 Settlement Agreement is going to trial or Plaintiff's will prevail prior to that on a Motion for Summary Judgment against ARYC / Schena Happens.....

- Discovery deadline is coming to an end with a "stay" on deposing Greg Linn and Steven Scott (I Think both)while ARYC tries one last attempt at getting one piece of the lawsuit dismissed.

I think Plaintiffs will likely win 80% of the "allegations" on a Summary Judgment that will likely be filed shortly after the end of the Discovery deadline.

All ARYC can hope for is they still have any business left after verdict and damage awards........
