I haven't called the courts yet; however, March 10 was never a date for the trial, April 1st isn't either. Apparently they are motions leading up to the court case.

I don't think court clerk appreciates my calling direct and has redirected me to the LPPI lawyers.

Those calls went unanswered...

Seeing how the next motion is scheduled in a few weeks, I may just hold off and call in April.
