Discovery isn't due in this case until May. Over half the pleadings have already been dismissed by the judge! Fraudsters TCA Global have over 50 cases on Broward County Courts! Who are these TCA Fraudsters that you are protecting? Among 1 particular pleading was requesting 50% interest over the course of 1 year???? An immediate violation of Florida Statutes! I think it's frivolous!
