It Is Actually Relatively Light Volume...

...compared to recent activity. It also seems that whoever is accumulating may be doing so "quietly" at the .0004 level, as most shares are being traded there. Aside from when VFIN or VNDM is on the ask, the selling feels like weak holders who want to take some off the table. Once this process is complete, we should get some movement in price...
