Multiple communications with the company/Ken indicate that he is at least trying to regroup. Like his previous failed Medican endeavors, who knows how successful he will be...or if he's even telling the truth.

The marijuana market has never looked brighter! More states are legalizing various forms and the national government is starting to take a positive approach. Financing opportunities are starting to emerge. To be quite honest, I think it'd be quite easy to find SOME foothold and run with it to be a profitable company. It all depends on Ken and his motivation....and retiring a lot of existing shares to get to a much more manageable structure...something he has indicated he wants to do.
