In my opinion, It's bigger than being stacked up. The company hasn't done it's end of the deal. Why isn't there any news or current financials. How many more shares have been issued to keep SVFC alive. Bottom line, this stock won't climb until there is significant news or the company gets the financials current. Right now, no one even knows how the company is performing. My guess is more losses with more shares issued. SVFC doesn't want that negative news out there, so he doesn't post the financials...or he can't afford it, which is a bigger issue.
