I understand where you are coming from, but it is clearly stated several times in different times that:
"HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Nov 2, 2015) - Golden Global Corp. (OTC PINK: GLDG) is proud to announce that it has finalized the acquisition to acquire 100% of MMA fighter Brad Kohler's company, Corpaycar, LLC, the maker and manufacturer of the innovative fitness product, the Combo Hitter."

To me, this means Brad signed over his company/product to GLDG. If you have evidence otherwise, please do share.
