If and when the UMS 2015 FY is released, along with the 2013 and 2014 re audits, then the late 2015 10-K and subsequent quarterly we will have a better idea of the true fiscal health of this proposed merger.

I expect to see the opposite, mounting losses. And both UMS and TALK are being sued for non payment.

All this appears to be a complete ruse to create a false sense of value where none exists.
